​Delete my account

We'll create an account for you if you did any of the following:

• Turn on secure vault
• Turn on secure vault back up
• Sync photos to A+ Cloud

To delete all the data that you've saved with us, do the following:

• Go to 'Settings' / 'Accoun't.
  
• Click 'Delete my account'.

After you've done this, we'll delete all the data you saved with us, and also delete you account.

 

What to do if I cannot delete my account?

Delete account requires recent login. If failed to delete you A+ Gallery account, do the following:

• Logout all the services that requires login, this includes
  • Secure vault
  • A+ Cloud
  • A+ Gallery coins
• Login again in any of the services above. (i.e. A+ Cloud)
• Delete account immediately after login.
